This was a great purchase on my part. Not only do you get great deals and easy returns, but I purchased when you got free delivery on appliances and free pick up of old ones. This saved me a lot of money! I was disappointed to see that they have stopped this, but it is still a good thing!

Loved it a lot until it renewed and terms changed. And after we paid for 2 total techs for a year I was disappointed that no one linked the account together. It’s worth the money on large expensive purchases. I’ve sold it to customers in line ahead of us in Best Buy even.

Decided to try a yearly membership and find I no longer stress if one of my computers needs attention. I"m pretty tech-savvy but I don't like replacing my own batteries (the big ones inside the laptop or adding memory myself. I love that they come to your house! I've already had a house call and was happy with the service

THis membership has already paid for itself several times over with the discounts and the built-in warranties.

Worth it when you are buying big appliances and just to have in general. it's good to get because you will never know when you will need a new appliance! Regret not getting it before with my first big purchase

It was nice having this protection plan for the first year of having our new gaming PC. It gave me peace of mind when we moved households a couple of times. However, I think the membership was very expensive and not useful to me given that I never used it. On top of that, canceling my membership was more complicated than it needed to be and generally unclear. If you make frequent purchases at Best Buy or are a tech person, this membership is for you. I wouldn’t recommend it for the average shopper.

The membership is so worth while because it can pay for itself when something happens to your device that you don’t expect to happen and you can get it fixed or repaired or can call them to get help on what you can do to get your device back to where you need it

My total membership has been well worth the purchase price. Not only has it benefited purchases that I've made but the geek squad service on my equipment was second to none.

I have taken advantage of my Totaltech membership to receive free shipping and extended warranties on several items I've recently purchased, as well as having had assistance with installation of a camera accessory. The value of these extras has outweighed the cost of my membership.

This is the third time I feel like i've got to review this, what can I say. If you break then you buy.

This membership is really a great investment… you get a lot of perks with it… I particularly like the AppleCare feature

Membership is a real value. The cost of an Apple+ Iphone warranty was more than the cost of the Total Membership plan, and other items purchased are also covered. I've already saved over $600 on warranty purchases. Truly the "Best Buy" at BestBuy !

First Microphone Purchase but it's got some great features and is simple to use for beginners. With a built in Mute button, directional noise cancelling settings, mix it in with a few sound recording filters it does a great job silencing background noise.

This membership is a great value i just wished it was for 2 years insted of 1 year for a price of 180
