Best Buy the best store in America, much better shopping at the store Best Buy than Apple

Total tech membership is a peace of mind it’s great to have you never know when you need them.

This membership can be very beneficial for some, but for me it wasn’t as I didn’t find much use for the price it’s worth. I only used my membership for one full year upon which I then canceled my membership.

The membership was definitely worth the money. Every member was knowledgeable, quick to answer and ready to assist with any question. Top tier service

It was a great value for the yearly service. It was an added protection if something happened.

Geek squad was efficient, professional and courteous.

Used my membership for a dryer and they instantly responded and assisted. It was so useful and worth the price. It was like having a home warranty plan.

repair major items. I called them about my washer going out and instead of repair because they did not have any repair techs, they replaced my unit at no cost and did it immediately, it was great!!!

Geek Squad are fantastic at what they do and are fast! Had a lot of trouble with my old PC’s SSD and they were able to help me.

The things that you get with the Totaltech membership is well worth it. I buy more things through Best Buy because of this for the extra protection.

Definitely worth the money. The geek squad is there for any emergency, helping to make sure you’re safe with your devices. Polite and knowledgeable techs make the experience top notch!

Having the tech plan gives us peace of mind for all of our many products purchased at Best Buy. The refrigerator delivery and set up was also spot on thru the membership!

I love the idea I used it so what I can youth and how I can use with out interest?

unfortunantly I cant reommend this service. I bought it a year ago and they automatically renewed it on my card. My bad as I didnt catch it to decline it. My grandson accidentally knocked over his gaming monitor and cracked the screen. They stated it wasnt covered and it would cost more to repair/replace screen than to add a bit more and buy a new one. cost too much for what I received or believed I would receive.

It's worth it. So I recommend it for the future. :)
