    Great membership to have I had an issue with my pc and I brought it in and they had it fixed within a couple hours!! Great service and would recommend to anyone that shops at best buy.

    Bought this membership when we bought our phones. Wish we would have bought it much sooner as in when we bought 3 Samsung TVs in the months before. It gives us peace of mind that everything is covered for such little cost!

    Excellent TotalTech Experience so far!!!

    The main features I was interested in are as follows: 1. Exclusive access and pre-orders for high demand tech like Gaming Consoles. I was able to score a PS5 and a few Switch OLED models through TotalTech. 2. 2 year BB Protection and Apple Care+. We buy a lot of Apple products and expensive tech from BB so having this protection is fantastic. With young children this really offers peace of mind. The extra warranty through BB is probably similar to their old Geek Squad protection plan, which was great, since they would typically replace your item with the newest one free of charge if they couldn't repair it and didn't have the old unit in stock. 3. Free Standard installation, delivery and haul away. I already had some of this as Elite Plus and generally do my own installs but it’s a nice service to have. Its especially great for things you might not know how to install, like a new appliance like a Fridge, Dishwasher and washer/dryer. Free Haul Away is also a bonus. 4. Concierge and Geeksquad 24/7 support. I’m pretty tech savvy so I don’t expect to use this much but it is nice to have and maybe my wife will get to use it too. 5. Member only sales and events. This is an extension of the MyBestBuy Rewards program where you would have exclusive access on some days to purchase at sale prices in advance. TotalTech has been having Member Mondays which have had some solid deals as well as exclusive access to consoles on some days. I would like to see some improvements to the program as follows: 1. Member wish list. You can put your top 3-5 items on a wish list and get priority access to purchase the item when it becomes available. This would be great for hard to get items that launch on specific dates, like GPUs, CPUs, and RAM. 2. Notifications and Drop date alerts. Some other companies/entities already do this, where you can sign up for high demand items and get priority purchasing access through a private link. Also, getting an email or notification in advance of when a drop on high demand items is also beneficial. Otherwise I've been very happy with the TotalTech program and BestBuy in general for my tech buying needs. I'll revisit within a year to see if it is worth keeping the membership but getting access to consoles and also having the extra protection and peace of mind is something that I value.

    Pretty nice, they repair every part free of charge, takes a little longer than expected but no longer than a week usually

    TLDR sentence: Just reach out to trusted local businesses to have your support and setup needs met. -- I heard from a friend Totaltech service is worth it; they had purchased multiple appliances in a short time period and the setup for them were all covered under one Totaltech plan. In my case, I purchased Totaltech specifically for a TV mounting and figured any other services I received over the year would be a bonus. The tech ghosted the appointment allegedly due to a bad phone number, although no one could explain how I was getting text updates for the appointment if they had a bad phone number. Everything after that point was a nightmare. I was hung up on multiple times by the customer service phone support. The chat support outright lied about escalating the issue. They also don't save or send chat transcripts (how convenient!). Twitter support was excellent. At the end of the day, I requested a refund on the purchase and reached out to a local business that performed a great job with same-day service and less cost. With Totaltech, I made an appointment a full week (minimum!) in advance where they didn't do the job and the customer service was crap. You might believe a company like Best Buy will handle your service better than "the little guy". I submit the opposite is true; a trusted local professional is more likely to treat your time with respect and will display a greater level of accountability for their work and service.

    This is a fantastic membership to belong to for all year savings. You get a lot of benefits and quicker deliveries too. I think this is the best way to protect what you purchase at Best Buy. I highly recommend this plan.

    The support is great with all that is covered. I was surprised with some of the extra benefits of ahich I was not aware, such asfree delivery and set up of future purchases. I like being able to chat about issues as they arrive.

    Although I have only used this service once, it is very comforting to know that if any issue arises with any of my technology, I am able to get the help I need to repair the problem without incurring significant cost.

    Best Buy and The Geek Squad are the best. I've been to the Dartmouth Mass Best Buy and Sam the technician A1 knows what he's doing. I never have to go back and the guys from Best Buy Warwick Rhode Island also

    This membership is a life saver! On 12/19/2023 my current TV experienced a factory defect and with this membership I only had to pay 50 dollars to get it replaced with a newer model.

    This is a must have especially if your moving & getting new appliances. I was able to get free delivery, & installation which saved me a lot of money. They've revamped the program a little but still wirth getting.

    Free install of TV brackets and a large 77" Sony TV has paid for the cost of the Totaltech membership, so it has been worth it for that reason. Needing to pay it each year to maintain the 2 year extended warranty is questionnable.

    With my membership I receive many perks other stores don’t offer. Professional installation including mounting to wall-set up with tech support a phone call away. The associate who help me with first tv was excellent
