This membership is really worth the money. I have saved so much by being a Total Tech member. We recently purchased a new TV, and the membership covered the cost of the installation on the wall.

This is definitely worth having. We were able to get my sons computer built at no cost and I love having the protection plans on our purchases.

This has come in handy many times for my family. Anytime something goes wrong with a device protected under my plan, I have not been let down. This membership is a must have if you purchase something that is expensive.

Dont read into it to much, when the rubber meets the riad these appliances are to confusing. Just buy this option if something comes up with the appliances you make a call you have questions you tube it and take a chance in messing it up ir call Best Buy and have ut handled by the ines that have the knowledge

The Geek Squad support is the reason for purchasing this plan. I’m comfortable knowing that if I have any equipment issues, it will be taken care of with having to spend anymore money. It’s like an insurance plan.

have been a member of the Geek Squad and now total tech for several years. well worth the money. like that I can have them do the checking of the computer while I am at home. Have an older HP laptop that they keep working in great condition fo rme.

Knowing that BB Total membership is available to what ever tech issues arise and that a remedy will be effected in a professional and complete manner is extremely comforting to a non - techie.

Do not like many credit cards, but this one had too many perks to pass up. Some difficulty settling up online account due to software glitch in registration process presently at CitiBank. Works like a charm instore!!

I’ve used Best Buy services for over 6 years now. The staff is intelligent and have a full span of technical knowledge - they are thorough , professional and speedy. I give them a 6 stars and 10 for service to their loyal customers.

I wasn’t a huge fan of Total Tech Support in the past because how expensive it was and didnt meet the my needs as a product. I find the new MyBestBuy membership a killer deal because of the included protection plan for every product i buy at Best Buy and still being able to have 24/7 tech support.

This membership is of real value. Like the discounts and makes haul away easier. Would like more discount amount on haul away as it used to be cheaper, but, still a decent deal.

The membership is a great value. It's just like having insurance for your products. If you have a problem, a technician will come out to fix your issues. Also if you purchase anything from BestBuy, you will get free delivery and installation.
