If you're buying a computer or TV you need to purchase the BB Total Tech. As a retired person, I sometimes need help with my computer and I know they are a phone call away. You also get discounts on products and installation. My TV was delivered and set-up for free. In my opinion, I am saving $$$ b/c of this purchase.

I can use at any time. I like at lot because it is available when I more need it.

This membership is a really good and worth its value. I recently purchased a couple of appliance both big and small, and it has covered my warranty cost for all my products.

This membership has been very helpful to me and my husband. His computer was hacked and Best Buy fixed it. It has been very helpful for us. We are seniors who need a lot of help and advice and Best Buy delivers.

So far this membership has not proven to be worth the purchase. I bought this protection to cover my sons laptop and so far it has been sent off twice now to be fixed for the same issue; under "warranty". Make sure you read the fine print. This coverage doesn't fully take effect until after manufacture warranty has expired is what I was told.

My Best Buy Total membership is the best purchase I have ever made and I renew it every year. It is well worth the cost and has saved me money numerous times especially with the extra warranty on my products.

It’s a good deal if you buy regularly. Good savings, and free item protection make each purchase more valuable than I can find elsewhere. My son cracked his laptop screen and we got it repaired for free, without having to purchase a protection plan. That alone paid for the membership fee.

Im usually skeptical about memberships for stores but the best buy membership has saved me a lot of trouble and money. Geek squad fixed my computer for free and ive saved over $200 on a single high qualtity component. Having the membership makes everything much easier at the store and online.

Depends where you live and who is helping you . Unfortunately i do have mixed feelings about this because yes it does help for situations like coming in with your laptop for repairs . However , the free installation for certain devices and technologies like tv they are not very good . Also they are times when completing installation so if they show up late to bad . You should be aware they total tech can be cancelled by the AI computer system without anyone returning of money or possible of fixing it and getting insurance on any of your devices.

We were not going to purchase this Total Membership when I bought my laptop. I thought it was too expensive but we purchased it anyway. Fast forward 2 months when I ended up needing a new Desktop . Not only did it give me a great discount but it covered my new purchases as well!

I recently bought a Sony A7c. The total membership aaved me some money on the protection as well ws expedited the shipping. I have already saved around $40 off normal prices with the membership. It has a lot of benefits and I believe it is worth getting if you shop at Best Buy frequently.

I think the membership is a great value so far. The only problem I've had is the wait times tend to be a little long but once connected, they will get someone to help you very quickly. It's nice when you have a tech issue that comes up outside your experience.

Membership is a real value. Geek Squad access excellent particularly in case of need. Notice of products availability for purchase is good and useful. Cost ultimately pays for itself in services rendered when needed.

I truly enjoy my best buy membership :) It helped me pay for my new laptop and I like that I have unlimited support from geek squad for any troubles (none so far) that I may have with my electronics!

In the Tech world we live this is a must for me. Everything is always evolving and becoming difficult to set up. This is a Great Value for anyone that is Tech-No challenged such as myself. Also like the added protection (extended warranties) for my purchases it offers.

This membership use to be a lot better when installing fee was waved.
