I truly enjoy my best buy membership :) It helped me pay for my new laptop and I like that I have unlimited support from geek squad for any troubles (none so far) that I may have with my electronics!

In the Tech world we live this is a must for me. Everything is always evolving and becoming difficult to set up. This is a Great Value for anyone that is Tech-No challenged such as myself. Also like the added protection (extended warranties) for my purchases it offers.

This membership use to be a lot better when installing fee was waved.

The Geek Squad membership is worth every penny. It is invaluable to me and gives me the peace of mind I need when using my computer. Henry and D’yamon of the Geek Squad are great. They installed my new TV and DVD and were excellent at explaining everything.

You cant purchase totaltech at the time of writing this review, but it’s still very cool. The free deliveries, both mobile and home installations, and other benefits make TotalTech a sweet deal. Price is a bit high but you can surely save more money if you go to best buy atleast somewhat frequently.

I love the Geek Squad They are GREAT If I have the slightest problem they are there to help. They are kind And helpful with what any question I have . Always pleasant in what they do for me I cannot praise them enough I just Thankyou you are the best

Great and worth to have when you buy new products. You never know when this will come in handy. There has been a few times we were thankful that we had this membership!

Best Buy Technical Support is good but it is typically a "2-step" process having to talk to Agent #1 and then being transferred to another agent (Agent #2) and sometimes the wait time is long -- over 15 minutes. I am disappointed in the price of the item which doubled in cost a few years ago.

The Membership is okay i wish you got more with it considering how expesnive it is $179.00 a year
