Best Buy Technical Support is good but it is typically a "2-step" process having to talk to Agent #1 and then being transferred to another agent (Agent #2) and sometimes the wait time is long -- over 15 minutes. I am disappointed in the price of the item which doubled in cost a few years ago.

In the past I have used Apple Care to answer all of the questions I had. The sales rep showed me how totaltech was a money saving deal and made transfer of data, as well as at home installation all doable without further charges. I look forward to the one on one training available in the store. This is true CUSTOMER CARE!

The Membership is okay i wish you got more with it considering how expesnive it is $179.00 a year

In my opinion, that is a valuable value for individuals who frequently purchase items, primarily due to the extended warranty add-on.

It has saved my butt so many times with its discount and Geek Squad benefits. Having 7 cats and expensive technology around is a never ending battle. It brings me a sense of comfort knowing I'd be covered with repairs when I see one of my cats chewing on wires.

As a gamer, I have relied on Best Buy for all my PC equipment. With them being kind enough to give me a membership, I gain access and so many perks-cheaper prices, raffles for giftcards, and they even update me on products that I am interested in.

This is something that is easily a no brainer. Comes in handy when something goes wrong with anything purchased through Best Buy that breaks down or technical issues.

This membership is unlimited in the value that I place on it. It covers ALL of my electronics and gives me a peace of mind.

This membership provides great features such as member prices, Geek Squad support, and protection on my purchases. I would recommend this to others but be aware that it does auto-renew at the and of the subscription.

I was skeptical but I purchased it anyway. They kept telling me about price match and how I could get money back if my item went on sale for a lower price within 90 days of purchase. So I purchased it and YES, less than 30 dsys later, my item went on sale and I received a refund for the difference. Glad I purchased it.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Geek Squad coverage. I feel like I have my own IT department. A few times a year I have to have them "tune up" my laptop, which is 7 years old now, but they keep it going like a champ. I don't know what I would do without those multi-talented techs coming to my rescue.
