Was definitely useful while I had it. I had car stereo installation and a number of other items where this came in handy. The recent price hikes make it less appealing.

The Geek Squad members were all WONDERFUL. They are patient and kind. They recovered all my data and fixed my computer. I think they are fantastic and the Total membership was well worth the price!

Im new to America.I dont know any stores.The first time i wanted to buy an apple laptop, i visited best buy in Champaign. Since then my only go to place for electronic appliance is best buy. I have bought 5 products in 2 weeks. I see no other option than best buy to buy electronics

I like total care so I can have some sort of coverage on my devices and access to the geek squad support if i need it. I wasnt able to get apple care on a used device i putchased so this was a good option for me. I also like that I get discounts on tech as well.

I bought the geek squad and best buy total membership and i got excellent service i was having them upgrade my pc they helped me pick out my parts and they acembled my new pc. I love my pc they built great service ima use all year everytime i upgrade my pc.

This membership is the way to go! I have nothing but amazing experiences with this incredible feature at Best Buy. Don’t get caught without it. To have extra warranty and great support from Geek Squad is a plus.

So far, Im thinking this is a decent purchase. Mainly because if you have issues you get VIP treatment. However, still having to pay a service fee after paying 200 doesnt feel like the 200 dollars is buying me anything other than maybe protection on the item I bought for a year, then have to pay another 200 to be covered for the full 2 years. It says it covers you on items you buy from other stores but I inquired about my router setup and didnt get very far with the geek squad representative

The membership does have great value, but I have had an extremely difficult time with the repair I was originally even getting the membership to cover. It took long to repair, was damage in shipping and the repair of that damage has taken even longer, making the total time without a device that I need, two months, which is far too long. If much more goes wrong I wouldn’t be suprised but I will be irritated.

I love the Membership!!! Do not have to worry about things if you have an issue. And the savings on products also is great!!!
