The reason why I got this membership was because I was getting a bunch of appliances for a new house. Due to this membership I had saved well over the amount that I would spend without it. To me this was a no brainer.

This membership is a life saver! On 12/19/2023 my current TV experienced a factory defect and with this membership I only had to pay 50 dollars to get it replaced with a newer model.

This membership has more than paid for itself. One tv installation and another one soon to be done, totally worth the cost.

So, I was honestly skeptical of the membership. That's a lot of money to drop. But, my parents were buying a new TV and wanted it mounted so the membership was 50 bucks less than the install fee. It was a no brainer!

Price was higher than expected but the service has been good quality. The technicians have always been there to address my concerns or issues. The only problem I encountered was finding g a service time that wasn’t weeks away.

Bought it about a month ago to take advatnge of their 24 month financing if you are a Totaltech member. I’m pleasantly surprised so far because its already saved me $300 in totaltech member deals for memory cards i needed.

My Boot drive SSD passed away, so i purchased best buy total, and now since they do installs for free, i bought a whole computer. awesome service to people who are not tech smart like i am.

Highly recommend getting the membership with Best Buy, such a great feature they offer, when the membership is about to run out they remind you to renew it which is great so you don’t forget

I know I don’t use the membership to its fullest potential but having the peace of mind that it is there for whenever I need it is worth it.

Was getting a dishwasher installed and purchasing total tech was a no brainer. For an extra $20 this year i got the dishwasher installed + extended protection. This also paid for other installs and protection on other purchases so far.
