The geek squad that comes with the membership was extremely valuable to me. They were always very helpful and helped me a lot when I purchased my lap top.

This is a good membership if you purchase a lot of products and need them to install for you. IF IF you happen to need to move… THEY WILL REMOVE THE ITEM FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST (ie: my 70”tv from my apartment) I could have paid the $199. to have it put up AND taken down. READ THE FINE PRINT and measure out in your mind ALLLLLLL the options you may need them for

Had alot of issues with an older computer. All the team members i dealt with were patient and determined and finally corrected the multiple issues on my computer. They explained things in terms that i understood and i appreciated all they did.

This membership is seriously one the best purchases i have made so far at bestbuy because you get exclusive access to ordering devices and products before anyone else as well you get to save so much money throughout the year.

I purchased this total protection because I just never know when any electronic item in my home will give out and I don’t want to be out spending more money then I have to if I just have gotten the warranty when I should have.

I rarely do protection plans because I feel like I never get my monies worth but I can honestly say that this is the best one I ever purchased. I have used it multiple times and it has saved me a lot of money and frustration!

I loved having TotalTech, between the deals and the coverage I think it is totally worth it. I only gave it up because I couldn’t afford it at the time, but I will definitely be purchasing again when I have the means.

I loved my Total Tech plan. It really comes in handy when you need a pc repair and appliance installation is on point.

My Mac’s software had some error and having this guarantee made my experience excellent. I brought my device to a Best Buy location and they helped me right away in getting my device taken care off.

Highly recommend getting the membership with Best Buy, such a great feature they offer, when the membership is about to run out they remind you to renew it which is great so you don’t forget

Total tech was great for TV and wall mount installation. Also bought a Sanus in wall cable concealer. Installer was professional, fast and tidy. The cable concealer was a key purchase hiding all wires seamlessly.

This membership is good to have. Security and protection is always a good investment.
