Bought this so I could buy the new OLED Switch. Claims to work immediately, it's been 30 minutes and it's still processing. Will absolutely be finding a way to receive a refund, this is a joke.

Purchased to have access to PS5 event only for it to never activate until after PS5 event was over. Amazon has no problem making your account prime instantly. Walmart has no issue making your account a plus account right away. Best Buy (the supposed tech retail store) is unable to process this even within a couple of hours.

I went into the store 5 minutes after it opened to drop off a computer for an update. The Geek Squad had no customer but would not wait on me because he was waiting for his next customer that was 15 minutes later. I would have been done and gone by that time! When I try to make an appointment online, it takes weeks to get one. The money is not worth it if you can't use the service in a timely way.

There pushing this BS for a chance at a Graphics Card. Regular loyal customer for 20 years. New egg and other retailers can have my business. This is a Shady business practice.

There is nothing to tell me this has been activated. I only got it in order to get A PS5. But when trying to do so it will not allow me to access the event! It just keeps asking me to get total tech again!

I made an appointment for a repair of my dishwasher in Beltsville MD. Unfortunately, they never show up and never call. It happens 2nd time with me in 6 months

Bestbuy expects you to purchase a membership to buy from there website but doesn't acknowledge elite members who spend thousands of dollars to reach that status so much for having early access how about NO access unless you spend $200 more and well let in to buy some more from us no thank you. Slap in the face

Bought the membership when they did a Total Tech-only PS5 drop. 2 hours later, the membership still wasnt applied to my account, and I missed out. Spent those 2 hours on the phone with support who did nothing. 0 stars.

So now consumers now have to pay an ADDITIONAL $200 just to purchase an already impossible to get item (GPUs) ?

Its horrible. I paid for the membership and I still cannot use it after 1 hour of waiting. My membership is still awaiting activation. The customer service line keeps transferringr to different department. Its been over 1 hour waiting

I bought this for a promotion however you have been unable to process the order so despite having spent the money this product has been utterly useless. I spent multiple hours on the phone with customer service and despite having told me that it would be processed if I followed their instructions it still has not been.

I added this Membership so that I could procure a PlayStation 5 Disc Edition Console, yet when the page to purchase one was available, it acted as if I did not purchase the membership. In other words, I paid $212 for absolutely nothing.

Best Buy Total tech is a Total rip-off. Total paywalling products is a boomer move.

Best Buy salesperson described this plan as covering services for electronics and appliances regardless to where they were purchased. I bought the plan only to learn that, that isn't true. If I hadn't called to confirm the plan coverage because I'd recommended it to friends, I wouldn't have learned that salesforce had been giving out inaccurate info. Prorated my refund $50.00. Not cool Best Buy.

Bought this plan because bestbuy requires it to purchase PS5s. So I bit the bullet and now it’s not even updating my account. Called the help line and it’s gonna take a half hour to “get back to me”. I’m sure all the PS5s will be long gone buy then. You would think it would be a simple automatic update, especially from a company that deals in tech.

Just cancelled my credit card due to Best Buy changing the elite program to this Best Buy TotalTech membership which is crazy expensive for things that were included for free before. Unfortunately after this change to the lite program will be shopping less with Best Buy.

I made a schedule for remote starter installation on 12/08/2021 and got CONFIRMED that my reservation is on 01/12/2022. Then on 01/06/2022 got an email from Bestbuy that my reservation has been canceled. There was a big storm on the 3rd and 4th, but cleared on the 6th. Now my reschedule is 03/02/2022. By that time, the weather is about to warm up! When my schedule is canceled, I supposed to get an offer to get the next available time. If you PUSHED me back, you have to push every one else back to be FAIR

Used to have the benefit of Elite and Elite Plus membership giving some of these perks. One that was important to me was a longer return window, which they just took away without notice. As an Elite Plus member this was an important benefit to me...now I get the pleasure of paying $200 bucks for that. No more of my money will be going to Best Buy. I will shop elsewhere.

I have two appoints over a 30 days period cancel with no notice. I was informed when I checked as to whether they were showing up and discovered that the appointment was rescheduled to another day. Both times window 7 am to 1 pm . I known all the excuses by hard. My next appointment is Sat ... Just wondering will the third time be a charm .. Martin Rockville MD .. No star would say it better

So I got the membership to have access to buy deals like Nintendo switch and ps5 but when I bought it it didn’t activate and never let me buy the items set aside for total tech members.
