Made another, literally made another just sitting down and said no can’t help you. Didn’t even look or anything. Very pis.ssed off- will never recommend them.

I recently purchased a few appliances, tv and outdoor camara and I had issues with every single item range was not installed properly had to get an electrician to connect the power cord properly, tv is defective tech didn't bring tv mount that i purchased at store, camara tech had to reschedule so i had to miss another day of work. Honestly not worth it

I signed up for this an hour ago to buy the PS5 and it's still not activated. it should be instant or else at least tell people what to expect. I only use Geek Squad and I can no longer use it unless I pay $200 which is almost 3 times what I've been paying for a membership to Geek Squad. Very bad move Best Buy!

Posted .I apologize for any miscommunication around services offered. We offer the Totaltech plan and still offer standalone 1 time service options. As we have retired the older legacy plans as they have not been sold in a very long time our current options are the Totaltech plan which is 199.99, it does cover many more items than the previous plan versions covered. Under the latest plan you get many free services as before but several services that were not free before are free now. But, Total tech is one of the worst services that one can opt for, particularly with Chat support - It'll keep being transferred to multiple Agents but not to have resolved your query/issue. And telephone support is hard to get anyone on the phone line even after waiting for hours.

The price had jumped to $199 this year. I guess Best Buy has not figured out it is better to keep a customer at a lower price than totally lose the customer they have had for 7 years.

I might as well save my $$ and just purchase the security packages on my own and avoid complete frustration.
