This is incredible. Every time I have a problem, schedule a visit, and they would replace it or send it away to fix right away, so far, service was impecable and the price is very good!

I have never used Best Buy’s total tech program, but I was very impressed. The team was very knowledgeable, very informative, they suggested the service, but didn’t push it. But then, when I looked at what I was getting for the value, the service outweighs the cost. And they did a superior job and updating my dell computer.

This membership is a real value. You always have access to the Geek Squad. Their knowledge of all things in the tech field is amazing. They have helped us solve problems we've had and didn't know how to take care of.

I am certain this would be good for those that actually need to use it but I hardly did.

Been using this since 2021 and it’s very convenient and $$is worth it. Especially if you’re buying a tv, they come in and mount it for you. The person that mounted it for me was really knowledgeable about distance and height of property mounting.

If you are a photographer and spend a lot on SD cards a year, the membership is worth it for that alone. $10 cheaper with member pricing than if not. I go through a lot of these in a year, but I’m also one to keep my files on there and not erase. Controversial topic

This membership is a great value. Geek squad helps anytime we have questions or need diagnostics on any Best Buy products. I love that they automatically add protection plan at no extra cost. They send high qualified team members to assist with any questions or concerns.

Best bang for your buck for the services you got, worth it.

Love this store in Gurnee. Have always received top notch service and have shopped here for years. Service agreements are great. Also like their geek squad and 0% credit for larger purchases. Besides electronics we buy all our appliances here too.

Total Tech is good to have. I like it when I have issues with my computer laptop or electronics I can bring it to Geek Squad work on and not have to worry about paying out extra money.

Much better than its previous version! All apple products with a service agreement - can’t go wrong. And the monthly membership discount options. Truly a best buyers best friend
