Man was this membership worth it! Skeptical at first but now have been able to enjoy and use all the perks like AppleCare+ , geek squad , and online tech support 24/7!

I have used the protection plan and found it worthwhile but not overwhelmingly so. On one occasion only part of the requested service was completed and it wasn't worth the extra time needed to re-submit my laptop for the rest of the service. On the next occasion of using the service the requested tasks were completed well. Beyond that, I'd only say the current price provides OK - but not great - value.

This review is for last year. Extended warranty coverage could make this worth it, except it does not include installation anymore and other companies have the extended warranty. If they discounted the installation charges it could make a difference
