Great product protection highly recommended for anyone that has any electric

It would of been wonderful to use when I had it but didn’t need any tune up till after it lapsed.

This membership is awesome. The delivery alone makes this worth it. However the installation and support from geek squad are great additions and have been very beneficial.

Overall the techs are very good and helpful. There have been a few times it was difficult to understand them but I just called back and got someone I could understand. The work they is good and that is why I keep renewing.

I’m happy I got the membership. I am not good with computers and I had to use the geek squad which was very helpful. I hope my purchases do not require repairs but it is a relief to know if they do do I have that option.

Best choice I could’ve done so far I Best Buy I buy anything for my household. It is cover for at least two years that is a no-brainer as soon as they offered it to me and told me what it comes with and what it covers.

Total Tech is one of the best things Best Buy has come out with in a long time. The automatic 2 year warranty on purchases is enough to make this worth it but there are so many other advantages that take it over the top!

This membership has already paid for itself. It covered delivery, installation, haul off of old refrigerator when I purchased my new refrigerator. Also I had my new laptop backed up and data transferred from my old desktop with no charge.

Got this membership when I bought my TV because it made instalation free. Mounting the tv was going to be 99.00+99 for above a fireplace+ 99 for on brick. Made more sense to get this for a year as it was the same price.

Great value with the AppleCare included for our new laptop great help and derived from the employees and looking forward to purchasing something else because of the new membership deals.

I don't usually buy plans, but I'm glad I did this time. The new windowd is harder to find the right way to fix settings on. It still keeps shutting down on me if I have to leave it for a minute to do something..

so worth the membership. it pays for itself. had a couple laptops brought back to life with this membership.

really like the total tech membership, have bought item that the program give me discount, and give me free shipment , and free set up on my equipment, thought i would not like it , but i do it worst being in the program,

The membership pays for itself in one visit and the great part about it is it is a annual fee not monthly this for me is awesome because I don’t always have the money to get my electronics fixed out of pocket total Tec takes care of all that

This membership is a great value and I trust the times I have had a problem with my computer and had the Geek Squad fix it a couple of times. Very happy to be on the yearly renewal membership.
