This service gives me peace of mind. I had a previous insurance policy and when a phone broke that policy (not through Best Buy) sent me a refurbished phone which died within a month and was not covered! I switched to total tech because they truly back their products and replace with new if needed.

Use total membership throughout the year on all electronics.

While the main ability to be able to get support for all of your devices and initially the discount on the service plans were far and away the best part of the service. Even now with all of the discounts the service pays for itself every year.

Up to 2 years of protection is a reassurance that the product will be working, repaired, or replaced.

Has really helped me with the new PC. I bought extra accessories and ram to go with it but the geeksquad service and support told me I really did not need them and gave me loads of info for future upgrades. I am extremely happy with getting the Total Best buy Membership.

Great value - has paid for itself, every year; i.e. purch of applieances w/o being nickled/dimed for every little thing, i.e. cords, delivery, setup, etc

I truly love having this membership. I know a lot of people question the price but for me it is a true value to be able to contact the geek squad at a moments notice or to have any of my appliances or products properly installed.

I am so glad I purchased this plan, it covers all my products. You always hope you don’t need it but when you do, it is there. The geek squad works with you effortlessly, there are many perks on this plan. It is really a no brained. Just buy it!

We used this membership for the first time to call the 24 hour support line last night. Our TV wasn't working well with the new Roku stick we bought. Fortunately, the agent new exactly what to do and gave us great suggestions. Highly recommend this membership!

we are very happy using Best Buy's Totaltech membership and using the service by phone is a big help to us who live one hour away from our Best Buy store. They have always been courteous and answer all of our questions effectively.

Good I pay about 200 a year but all my items are covered for 2 years and they installed my tv for free.

A few details you need to pay attention to, but coverage usually pays for itself in the first repair. Does not cover computers bought at BestBuy prior to signing up. I was told that it would cover those so I’m not thrilled about that.

A bit pricy to be honest. However, if you know you will all of its value and benefits, I say you go for this.

You need to get this membership if you spend a lot of time and money at Best Buy. You get the best deals and savings.

The sale rep at the store said if i get this I would save 60 bucks on panasonic saver I was loking at. i put towrds this because have laptop thst needs repaired. At would free on this so it was no brainer
