This is an excellent value for having and it helps with everything as in issues with merchandise. I don't have a car to drive to get to Best Buy here in North Canton. So If I Purchase something and it's not right I can send it back without having to find a ride over.

This is the only membership I've kept after cancelling paid memberships with other retailers. I like the member points for everything I buy and love when my points add up and I can go on a treasure hunt.

I can't tell you how great it is to have the support of the Geek Squad behind me. I have used them to sort out my issues several times. This coverage pays for itself and I will continue to renew every year for the foreseeable future!

This membership is a real asset. Had trouble setting up my printer/scanner and had a person on the line helping me every step of the way. The Geek Squad set-up our 2 new laptops and transferred everything from them. It was nice to know everything was ready to go when we turned them on.

We believe the Best Buy Total membership is worth the annual fee. We have not had any trouble getting the membership's benefits applied. Neer had an instance of the representative saying a particular need on our part was not covere by the membership.

This membership is a real value. It is peace of mind and Best Buy is so great about trying to help with problems. Just nice to get a tune up any time you need. Worth the cost.

I wouldnt be without this membership! I probably call the Geek Squad at least 3xs a month for support. We have a small business and i am technically challenged. The techs are very patient and knowledgeable.

Totaltech totally rocks, especially for those of us 'elder folks' for whom computers are a bit of a mystery for mastering our skills on one! The Tech Crew at the Broadway store in Tucson, AZ are excellent help and know their craft perfectly!
