The service was fantastic. The tech guys were friendly and knowledgeable in their work The took the time to explain and when my internet went out in the middle of installing 3 TVs they explained what to and if I had any problems they said they would come back the same day. Just can’t get any better service

I love the security of Total tech protection from Best Buy. It gives one peace of mind knowing your electronics are protected. Plus they will come to your house to help with setup, etc.

This is so useful because instead of buying individual iteams with each having their own warranty, i can buy multiple items with one warranty coverage, to me that sounds like a no brainer. I would recommend this to anyone!!!

I like that my membership warranties my purchases automatically, which I wasn't aware of until I bought my son a very expensive mixer this Christmas! That makes it worth the yearly fee. That & knowing my daughter's computer is covered!

The best part is the unlimited support, and yes, they really help. I've called about three times in the last year and always received the assistance I needed.

We weren't sure if paying $180 for an annual membership would be worth it but we have already saved over $325 in other purchases that we wouldn't have saved without the membership and we intend to use the Geek Squad services soon as well. It is well worth it.
