The club membership is great, you get club bonus pricing on certain items and everything is handled by Best Buy at the time of purchase.

I am so happy with this membership. I love having the peace of mind that my tech products are covered with extended warranty. I am looking forward to buying Apple products and receiving Apple Care at no extra cost! I also love the member only savings!

Good appliance coverage for appliances purchased at Best Buy.

Sean who is the store manager is solid! I travel an hour away just to buy whatever I need. His employees are very knowledgeable when tbey are helping me out. Kuddos to this location & staff. They will have my business over any other place !

It's nice to have because it helps with discounts, early or more access to sales, plus instant coverages on all products purchased via Best Buy in case it needs to be returned or exchanged.

As I do most of my appliance, electronics and gaming purchases from Bestbuy, this plan only makes sense. So far in purchases and warranties the plan has paid for itself.

I love this membership. I recently had problems with my gaming laptop so I purchased the Best Buy totaltech membership and it really helped me get back on track with absolutely no problems. If you are are an avid tech person or gamer, it’s the best option.

This better payoff! I’m on a tight budget. Hopefully if there are other technology needs in our household I can include them to receive deals thru my membership!

This membership id say is pretty good if you buy a lot at bestbuy. Even better value if you want parts installed in your device and you dont wanna do it yourself

The membership service is great for those that both purchase a free items in a year as well as of course even more beneficial to those like me who are "power tech users". Not only are the bonus offers and sales as well as special pricing awesome but the tech sorry if clutch for many years.

This service has saved me so much money in the long run. We have several techies and tons of technology in the home. When something fails/breaks in the 2 year purchase time, it's replaced with no questions, no stress. TOTALLY worth the money!

It took several weeks to pay for my membership because each time my bank blocked you all, you all were delayed in taking the money and then my bank blocked you again. Figure out a way to do it yearly so I don’t keep getting rejections and you get your payment.

I love the value of this membership. It is great to have notice of all the up coming sales and Geek squad is very useful. The dashboard is very handy.

Geek squad support is great to have seeing that I am not to computer smart. Love having someone to help in times of need. The only part I don't like is having to pay more now if a tech comes to your home. That is why I rated it 4 stars.
