The Geek Squad was great in setting me up with my first personal laptop and ensuring all applications were loaded and ready to go. Next-day response time from a late afternoon purchase was terrific. Technicians were professional, personable, and thorough. Haven't needed follow-up help, yet.

Great service and product but I truly miss total tech stacked with geek squad protection plan plus product replacement. It was reassuring I could purches extra years of benefits for the really pricy tech . It cost more but good customers dont mind.

Love the membership. Having Techs come to my house to fix my computer when I am disabled and hard to get out let alone dragging heavy electronics to the store has been a godsend. I must admit the free house calls are why I wanted this protection plan to begin with. Totally worth it.

I've been a Best Buy total member for several years prior to the latest iteration of the membership. With as much hard use as our xbox controllers get, the membership pays for itself with the replacement of controllers every year.

Buying BestBuy Total membership got me free delivery and installation of my new dishwasher as well as removal of my old dishwasher. It was definitley worth it. It also gives me technical support for dishwasher as well as my PC and other items like printer and phone.

I first subscribed for the 24 months of warrenty service on some new tvs I was purchasing and then I saw the savings with total tech prices and decided that I would not only be keeping this membership but I have also gotten many family members and friends to get the service for themselves.

My computer stopped working after a year and a half. The geek squad looked up my receipt to verify my purchase. They didn’t mention to me that I ALREADY purchased a protection plan. They then sold me an ADDITIONAL plan that was the same as the one I already had, but didn’t realize. They had my computer for 3 days before returning it absolutely UNFIXED! So not only crooks, they also can’t fix computers. Clearly, I’ve had a bad experience. Hope you all have better luck!

I highly recommend getting the Best Buy total membership. It’s there to help you protect you Best Buy items. It’s easy to use and the costumer service representatives are always extremely helpful.
