This membership is a great deal for the cost. I like that I saw a lot of money in service in store and at home on my HP Desktop Stand-alone computer especially when Geek Squad helped to replace my computer screen. Quality work great price!!!

The reason why I got this membership was because I was getting a bunch of appliances for a new house. Due to this membership I had saved well over the amount that I would spend without it. To me this was a no brainer.

So, I was honestly skeptical of the membership. That's a lot of money to drop. But, my parents were buying a new TV and wanted it mounted so the membership was 50 bucks less than the install fee. It was a no brainer!

I think this is a good purchase because if you have any problems, you can contact them by phone or take them to the store

I had my TV installed they did a great job was on time very professional guys the Mount was not the right one they made it easy and convenient change and tv was up and running very happy with the job Super quick

The service was very useful and I got back everything I paid for in assistance,repairs, and help. I was building 4 pc’s for my family at the time and their assistance was appreciated.

Bought it about a month ago to take advatnge of their 24 month financing if you are a Totaltech member. I’m pleasantly surprised so far because its already saved me $300 in totaltech member deals for memory cards i needed.

Hands-down must buy when purchasing expensive products, I was never turned down and was always given affair deal in terms of what could be done with the product.

Price was higher than expected but the service has been good quality. The technicians have always been there to address my concerns or issues. The only problem I encountered was finding g a service time that wasn’t weeks away.

If you would like your technology to be up to date and function the way it is intended to than the yearly membership is worth it. They will help you over some of the frustrating events that happen with technology.

I haven't had to use this because the product works fine but it's good to know I have someone to turn to if I have a problem

Total tech crew was amazing. Jesus, Alec & Kenny were amazing as they set up all my devices to our new 75 inch tv. Helped with controls and explained how router worked. Set up our Apps too. What a professional and nice crew.
