With multiple computers and almost always purchases through BestBuy.com (or local store), this has saved my company a lot of money and hassle over the years. I've got it setup to auto-renew each year to prevent lapses in coverage.

This membership is worth its weight in gold ibhave had several items tepairs or replaces and the free product insurance is amazing. Worth every oenny

I initially purchased the total tech because I was going to buy multiple appliances at the same time and it would have made more sense. However, since a couple of the items were out of stock, I had to purchase them else where. I only ended up with one appliance and the regular protection made more sense.

I have been a member of the Best Buy Total protection plan for several years. We have only had to use it a few times over the years, and it was mostly for our computers. We have never had anything short of EXECELLENT SERVICE!!!

I use to get all my devices from Tmobile. Unfortunately Best Buy Total does the job in more ways than one..

Time will tell. Im just starting out with this membership with plans for a few more bigger purchases in the near future. I can see the value in the discounts and warranty but havent found any reason to capitalize on them yet

The staff at this store is fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, able to explain things to customers, willing to help salesmen understand customer’s needs when a new computer is the only option when a repair cannot be made.

The membership is good if you do alot of shopping or get services from best buy. However since the membership has changed coverage prices as well as renewal cost several times it’s impossible to know if it will still be worth it next year.

This membership can’t be beat esoecially when your purchasing an oled tv the warranty covers that dreaded burn in and the only one in the market I know of that covers it

I have found that having a membership with Best Buy is a benefit for me personally. I’ve been able to purchase things I need with time ad the interest rate isn’t as high as other cards I have had in the past. Plus I receive offers others might not!

This is a great deal. The Geek squad is very nice and knowledgeable. The delivery persons where helpful in setting up our new TV. With all the help I received with my electronics it was a great value.
