Great option for all of my bestbuy purchase needs along with great prices.

I have found that having a membership with Best Buy is a benefit for me personally. I’ve been able to purchase things I need with time ad the interest rate isn’t as high as other cards I have had in the past. Plus I receive offers others might not!

This is a great deal. The Geek squad is very nice and knowledgeable. The delivery persons where helpful in setting up our new TV. With all the help I received with my electronics it was a great value.

Very useful especially if you have a lot of devices from Best Buy.

I bought a membership at the recommendation of a Geek Squad member, so my computer service would be more economical. I brought my two-month-old computer in for a virus scan. It wasn't running slowly to begin with, but when I picked it up, they said it would run faster. The opposite is true. It runs slowly and lags when I type. The squad does not take responsibility for breaking my computer, blaming it on a possible hardware issue. The membership is worthless.

The value of the membership far exceeded the regular price to pay for servicing my laptop. Not only was it a great price but I get the benefit of excellent service for a year by the Geek Squad, A great and smart purchase !

Great service, I’ve been a member for 3 years. GS has fixed my computer and my husbands also tuned them up. The transfered data from old pc to the new pc. Also from several external drives to one exterbal ssd drive for us. Love the personal touch .

I love how I have a support chat available 24/7. Available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day is a support chat where I can easily talk to a representative and ask any questions or talk about any concerns I have! Everyone has been so kind.

This is my second year with my Geek insurance and it is certainly paid off. I can always call when I need help no charge they sent someone to my house no charge I would highly recommend having this membership.

You won’t be disappointed, any tech you buy it’s covered by this membership warranty. I’ve used it a few times already and I will keep the warranty as long as they have the program. Just an amazing support that gives you peace of mind.

We appreciate the total tech membership. Our computers seem to have unique problems that we have come to rely on Best Buy and Geek Squad to repair and for helping us with working through frustrating technical problems. It costs a little, but we are glad to be able to get it.

4 high value items protected with it so far, have not had to use but cheaper than getting individual warranties. Does not cover lawn tools.

I recommend this membership definetly worth it your ability to save money on new tech is pretty nice.

The TotalTech membership is well-worth the price. Support is available 24/7 by phone, computer, in-store, and at-home. Service is excellent, and they persist until issues are resolved and the customer is satisfied.
