Geek squad help is as always a favorite of mine, keeps my computer running at max efficiency, and also the protection program on all my Best Buy purchases is just frosting on the cake! Excellent program , hope it lasts as long as I’m around!

So far so good. I think if you are a hardcore beatbuy shipper thia is worth it or putting a PC together the geek squad will do everything from what i seen to help the problem so far ans pricematching is always good along with fast shipping on items

I bought this pc not knowing anything about them, I did some research an found out that this one one of the best pre builds on the market an im super happy with my purchase, definitely recommend if you have some extra money for a first pc.

This is a real great offer. It protects all your electronics. Even the ones you didn’t buy from Best Buy and it could covers all the devices you have purchased with them so it’s a win-win for the price.

I have always loved best buy for many reasons especially thier electronics. I believe they have an amazing warranty and thier staff are always ready to help customers who are having trouble with an electronic device or cant find the right item they need in the store for say there entertainment center.

Membership price seems to be reasonable. I needed to use Geek Squad service several times recently in the Mission Valley store. They were exceptional- terrific and caring staff. They were a huge help with my issues. I can't imagine anyone better!

If you shop often from Bestbuy, this plan is a great value. It provides additional support, exclusive discounts, and extended return period. With an extended return period, you have a longer period to price match. I personally recommend, but ymmv.

Every time that I have had a question regarding my coverage and problems with equipment, I have received prompt and courteous attention with enough information for me to get the problem resolved.

Was going to purchase a warranty anyway, I figured why not try Totaltech and get the additional benefits? I purchased an appliance and having the additional two year warranty, free haul away, free install, and additional membership perks might come in handy for future purchases. I believe this was a great value.

I had this membership before. I left it expire, big mistake. For the price you are getting a lot of bang for your buck. Highly recommend for tech lovers. It will pay for itself when needed
