If you shop often from Bestbuy, this plan is a great value. It provides additional support, exclusive discounts, and extended return period. With an extended return period, you have a longer period to price match. I personally recommend, but ymmv.

Was going to purchase a warranty anyway, I figured why not try Totaltech and get the additional benefits? I purchased an appliance and having the additional two year warranty, free haul away, free install, and additional membership perks might come in handy for future purchases. I believe this was a great value.

Every time that I have had a question regarding my coverage and problems with equipment, I have received prompt and courteous attention with enough information for me to get the problem resolved.

I had this membership before. I left it expire, big mistake. For the price you are getting a lot of bang for your buck. Highly recommend for tech lovers. It will pay for itself when needed

I was very disappointed to learn that home installs no longer covered by the TOTAL tech plan. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years and could not believe the amount of money I was being charged to install the items that I was purchasing. At I canceled my total tech membership because I was that upset, but realized that the GEEK SQUAD as SUPPORT for my electronic devices and my computers necessary.

Total protection is real value when you consider anything can happen, at any time. All of our electronic devices are enrolled, as well as all appliances.

This is an amazing option. I was going with the traditional warranty until I asked Geek Squad several questions which made my decision easier. I can extend the warranty on yearly basis. plus set up TV and haul away was free in membership. Totaltech is worth every penny and im very happy.

We purchased a yearly membership to get help with some computer isses we were haveing. I'vm very happy with the service we've recieved so far and I like knowing that we can count on their assistance for any future issues. Great value!

This total tech protection in the smartest purchase ever. All of my appliances, cell phone holders for car, television & wall mount, an awesome digital display clock with Alexa features, etc. have been purchased at Best Buy. Without Total Tech, I wouldn’t have the peace of mind I do. Their support is unbeatable!

This membership really was a value. We purchased 2 new MacBook Pro's to replace 2 Windows computers and we needed to have our information transferred over. The cost of the membership was very close to what it would have been for the transfer. Made sense and now we have 1 years worth of service and coverage.

I bought the total tech membership when I purchased my new Mac laptop. I was concerned about losing any items from old one. The technicians could not have been nicer. Very professional and knowledgeable. This covers all my items, even if I didn’t buy it at best buy. Fantastic.

Huge value here. Not only with the discounts, etc, but you get next-level service. Especially good if you purchase 4-5 times a year, and spend 2k+ annually on gadgets tvs computers and peripherals.
