Best purchase of the year so far. If you have a family with multiple tech devices each, this is great to have. With all things tech today the value of total tech pays for itself. Each time we have used it we got our devises back in working order the first time and on time.

I love this program just because of the peace of mind of knowing you are covered with whatever you buy. Worth every penny!

Devices eventually have issues after prolonged use and when you need this kind of service, it can be really expensive to fix the items without it. The few times I needed it, it was easy to use and the issues were resolved quickly.

I love having this membership! I did not know how valuable it comes out to be. I got the membership because I bought an Apple laptop but later on I bought a tv and needed it installed on our wall, and that is covered in my membership. Awesome membership to have....

Great value for the price. Geek squad support online & in-store. Free shipping, member prices, and protection my purchases. It pays for itself.

Great value most basic installs are included. Use them to connect my washer, dryer fridge range and microwave. Also mounted my TV for free and connected my receiver from my home theater that in itself pays for the total tech on top of all that all my products have the warranty.

Not only do you get discount pricing on items at the store, you get expert help from the Geek Squad when you have a problem. Great to have for peace of mind as well as price savings.

You can't go wrong with this membership if you purchase and/or have a lot of electronics! Having the protection on all your Best Buy purchases during a membership can save you hundreds of dollars if one of them should stop working. It did for me.

Hard to say so far whether it's worth it or not. I would have had to pay 150 dollars to have a TV delivered so it was worth spending the extra 49.99 for the setup and other perks offered. I wish you didn't have to pay for the second year of total tech to get the second year of warranty on the TV.

This membership has saved us so much money in our large appliances. The perks such as discounts and free installation on some products like screen protectors and the Geek Squad support makes this membership worth every penny.

The total tech membership is worth the savings when it comes to investing in your products long term. Initially I wasn’t sure if this was the right choice, but I realize I made the right call when it comes to all the perks long term.
