We bought a TV a few years ago. It began to lose it's WiFi connection almost daily. Because the TV was a 43-inch model, it was deemed expendable. So Best Buy Totaltech and the Geeks brought me a new model free-of-charge.

I've used my membership multiple times and it has more than paid for itself.

We have had the BBY "Total" membership for quite a few years and it has been EXCELLENT! However, the new changes to this account were a TOTAL surprise upon purchasing our last TV. Things that used to be free or included, are no longer that (i.e. delivery and installation, set-up, taking the old TV away, etc). That made the charges come out to be an extra $400+ on the purchase! We were not happy.

I am happy to have the "Totaltech" membership from Best Buy. I was able to to take the advantage when my washer was broken and it got replaced with new one.

this is a must if you are not 100% knowledgeable on how things work the Geek squad is there for you. How to hook up use and fix when you get stuck.

This membership i s the value for money...i know last year not only i got my membership money back infact i think i had saved almost 500 dollars plus discount on products
