If you purchase items on a semi-frequent basis, it is worth it. If you are into computers or cameras it is definitely worth it for the Geek Squad support, the discounts, and the longer return policy.

great savings when you need multiple installation services, highly recommend if you're a regular shopper at best buy. It's a bonus to also receive discount perks with the membership and no issues with customer service with my past experiences.

This is so worth the $199 if buying anything of value over the year. Anything from computers to gaming devices will be covered for up to 2 years if you keep your subscription active. And this covers accidental damage as well!

Was getting a dishwasher installed and purchasing total tech was a no brainer. For an extra $20 this year i got the dishwasher installed + extended protection. This also paid for other installs and protection on other purchases so far.

I was able to use my TotalTech membership immediately to do a virus sweep of my PC and to transfer data to my new computer. Reassuring to know that I will be able to call for assistance and bring devices in for service.

I don't know why I didnt get this membership before! Its been so helpful - old computer issues, updates, appliances etc. Totally worth it! I'd say you give it a try if you own multiple tecnologies that could go sideways..

Totaltech membership has saved me a lot of money on my purchases at Best Buy. A special feature is access to Geek Squad; the technicians have been very helpful in servicing my computer.

Great support both in the store and online. Geek Squad set up my new computer and added recently purchased devices too. I needed help with a virus issue and online help was available to solve the problem from home.

Staff is very knowledgeable but product price is too high.

Makes me rest easier to know they will come out and repair anything that stops working while under warranty

Your Total Tech Service (aka Geek Squad) is magnificent. The techs (especially Ryan) who have come to my home fixed the problems, completed installs and explained what they were doing in simple language.

Membership perks seem to be good, but techs did not hook up dryer properly so dryer just vented to space behind wall and had to be redone.

This membership cost less than what I would have been charged to fix my laptop, and within 3 months has saved me hundreds of dollars on miscellaneous projects. Truly one of my best investments. I hadn’t expected it!!!

The program sounds amazing, so I bought it. I have not had to utilize the service yet, but if I do, I'm guessing it will meet my expectations for the value. Best buy has always stood behind their products and services.

It's been a good experience, it most convenient for ppl who have devices, it's more affordable.

This membership is a little high But when you need help the help is there I do not use it much. I think of it as insurance.
