You never know what will happen with your electronics so that being said my touchscreen and my laptop went out and luckily I had the warranty and I had the protection plan that I bought and I have Geek squad plan and they fixed it then in there! Recommend it

Love this total tech membership. Bad cause of this membership benefit I remodeled all of my kitchen appliances. Only refrigerator left that I plan to do soon. This is worth the money membership. I wish Best Buy continue to sell total tech program without any changes

Good value! Just sorry that they dropped free 'insulation'! That is a Biggy especially when installing a new tv will now cost an extra $250!

has really good value as my devices are starting to get older . very easy to make an appt and typically they can trouble shoot a lot without having to check it in. helpful that it covers all my needs even if the item is not from bestbuy.

If you are a apple device addict, this is worth getting for the included apple care. Bought wife and I both our new phones, and we both needed new ipads as well having apple care included saved us SIGNIFICANTLY. Almost feels like a scam.

My first time having the membership and I’m already loving it, the guys who installed my washer and drying was amazing, very friendly fast and careful with everything. Looking forward to buy more stuff that I need and enjoy the benefits from my membership! Highly recommend it.

Having this has definitely been a safety net since the fiancé works from home. Way cheaper than going to a fix-it store. And every purchase has the protection plan included so its a no-brainer really.

So far I am very pleased with the help I have received through this membership. I had many files transferred from my old laptops to my new one. I also had one on one time with a tech, who was wonderful. I would ask for him again in a heartbeat.
