My first time signing up for membership. So far I like it and also love the extended warranty on my products

Being a member makes me feel like I’m getting treated as part of the family, like being privileged.

One of the best memberships, wasn’t really familiar with memberships until now, comes in clutch when you want to purchase other items at Best Buy, love prices!

I was initially happy with my purchase. I buy enough at Best Buy that having the extended coverage on all my products made sense. Plus at the time of purchase I was receiving free delivery and installation of a refrigerator. I was clear upon purchase of the fridge that I had a nearby sink, but no existing water supply hose. I was sold a water supply hose and told the connection was included. The delivery people dropped off the fridge but told me that another crew would arrive to install. I had to call to schedule an install time, which was supposed to be 7AM to 7PM, with a call the day before giving me a narrower 4-hour window. I didn't get a pre-call and the tech showed up at 6:45 AM. Unfortunately, I wasn't there to answer the door and they cancelled my install. I spent an hour on the phone trying to reschedule, then the phone support told me that the installation was not included, despite me arguing that my purchase and installation contract literally stated 'no existing water connection' when I ordered. They wanted to charge an additional $129 for installation. At that point I cancelled the Total Tech Membership instead. They credited me the annual fee minus the delivery costs. The phone support ended the call by asking if there was anything they could have done to keep me as a Total Tech Member. (maybe honor the original installation?!) It all could have gone well if it hadn't been for that phone support.

I love having the Best Buy Total. I have had it for several years and I have used it with problems with my PC. Just knowing someone can help if I have any problems or questions!

TotalTech has helped me tremendously. I've saved money where usually i would spend it on repairs. I love it.

Great discounts on lots of items and warranty on everything you buy for no additional charge. Is expensive if you dont buy enough items throughout the year to justify the cost.

Member prices, included protection plans, after about 3 products that need protection, it pays for its self

We purchases this for the Geek Squad support - it has paid for itself several times over already.

I like the Total membership, but I feel like the price on it is a little high and that they should extend warrantied items for 3 years instead of 2 years past the manufacturer's warranty. I would also like to see more discounted sales and exclusive pricing if you have the membership. That would make me want to keep it... because now, as soon as my big-ticket items warranty expires, I will probably cancel my membership because it's like $200 and I am not really getting much other value out of it.

Peace of mind my stuff is protected. My son broke his screen and they replace now questions asked

After fighting with my other laptop over the past few years it is well worth having someone else do the setup and I was able to get other things done while totaltech set up my new laptop. They transferred everything over from both of my other laptops and did it in a very timely manner.

Bestbuys' Total tech membership is amazing. I not only have amazing deals constantly but I have the certainty in knowing I have their support and guidance with any unknowns that may come to my purchases.

This is some of the best money I have spent in the last three years. Help over the phone any time. it warranty's anything i buy including my new appliances from Best Buy. new range, micro hood, and dishwasher delivered and installed as part of my membership.

I've used Geek Squad numerous times for repairs and the piece of mind knowing that there is assistance at the store or online. The discounts on products and free Apple Care on a new phone is nice, and data transfers on computers is valuable.
