Best overall coverage and very useful. (i do wish they would do something about the phone computer you have to go through to get to a live body.)

I like that I have unlimited Geek Squard. But, I was expecting a tutorial of how to use my new laptop, which I did not get. They just handed me the computer. I didn't even know where the turn on button was. I also had to download by myself my virus protection.

This is the thong to have if you purchase alot at Best Buy. You get support on any item you purchase, your notified about promotions early and you have peace of mind on anything you may need to return. I highly recommend this service

The associate who assisted me with my purchase talked so fast and was whipping through my credit card purchase when I noticed a $178 amount on the credit card screen. He said, "Oh, that is included." I was stunned when the total price came up. He walked me up to the Geek squad desk and started saying all the stuff the membership included. He said I could just return to the customer line when my computer arrived. He said bring my old computer and they would transfer my old data and install the software I had purchased. I arrived on the day. Stood in the line for quite a while and finally talked to an associate. He said it was the wrong line and pointed to another line. I went over and stood for more time. Got my computer finally and got back into the Geek line. I stood there for a very long time and was never waited on. My husband recently had back surgery and could not continue waiting. I came home and did everything myself. The membership is not something I will ever use.

I love this membership! It's worth every penny. It buys Peace of Mind!

This membership is AMAZING!!! It is 100% worth it for all your electronics that you buy from Best Buy. I think everyone should get have this memberships.
