TotalTech was a good membership that included in-home Geek Squad services. TotalTech is no longer available and has been changed to My Best Buy Total which does not include in-home Geek Squad Service without charges.

The associate who assisted me with my purchase talked so fast and was whipping through my credit card purchase when I noticed a $178 amount on the credit card screen. He said, "Oh, that is included." I was stunned when the total price came up. He walked me up to the Geek squad desk and started saying all the stuff the membership included. He said I could just return to the customer line when my computer arrived. He said bring my old computer and they would transfer my old data and install the software I had purchased. I arrived on the day. Stood in the line for quite a while and finally talked to an associate. He said it was the wrong line and pointed to another line. I went over and stood for more time. Got my computer finally and got back into the Geek line. I stood there for a very long time and was never waited on. My husband recently had back surgery and could not continue waiting. I came home and did everything myself. The membership is not something I will ever use.

I like that all my electronics are covered in case I need necessary repairs, whether or not I bought them at Best Buy. Recently had to upgrade computer I bought long before I went to Best Buy for my electronics.

I was skeptical at first about purchasing this membership, but after recently building a pc, this has allowed me to acquire parts at a cheaper cost and have the ease of mind in case any repairs are needed.

This has been very valuable to me. I have had some on going issues with my computer and I have been able to make appointments at Best Buy and get the problems solved. All of the labor has been covered by the plan. I will definitely get this again.

Good protection and diagnosis plan on all of your electronics you own worth paying for.

this tech support plan is a life saver! We have had the Geek Squad come to our residence to assist with configuration issues etc., and we are so relieved to knowqwhen technical things go awry we know Best Buy Geek Squad has our back!

Wow, employee turned me on to the savings when I was buying an appliance, got free shipping after paying for the membership. But then came in handy time and again, and I'm not a big tech buyer, just the usual every day once in a while stuff.

They did a very good job and I didn't have to wait long after buying my TV. The next day they were at home. I recommend Best Buy purchases and services to all my friends.

I was thinking of getting yhe cheaper membership but after careful review of all the extras that cone with the Bestbuy toatal this is definitely worth the price.

I love my best buy and the Geek squad are the best for older people. If I have a problem I just call they take over computer and fix the problem. They even walk you through the process of them taking over. I have told all my friends you have to have it.

This protection is well worth the money, no one should be without it. We have had occasion to use it several times. It's been a blessing

I recently purchased a washer and dryer, and when the technicians arrived to my house they were very professional and efficient at installing the appliances. They also suggested ways I can clean the washer with a hot steamer and keeping up with cleaning techniques.

Glad I purchased the total membership. I needed to use the service shortly after we bought our refrigerator. I was able to easily connect with a service rep. and get an appointment scheduled for service. Parts and labor included.

Geek Squad support provided is excellent. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The other perks included are great. I recommend this package.
