The unlimited geek squad support was great. The membership is really a valuable one. I used it in all my purchases.

They have removed the free installation feature but I believe the free warranty on all devices makes up for it especially if you have a big family and buying everything through here. Apple care is a steal all day!

This was a true savings for me. I had an old laptop that was finished. I purchased a new one and this program covers me for a year and picked up all the costs of downloading and transferring all my programs and data onto my new one.

Originally picked totaltech up during the out of stock issues with GPU's - this was the only way to get one back in the day. However - now that I have it, I use it all the time. Looking for deals, longer return periods, 2 year protection plans. The longer return period is nice because you can actually use what you buy for a extended period of time to make sure you actually like it and want to keep it. Not sure if I will renew though once my year is up.

Is worth it if you have multiple items you purchased at a higher price.

I was debating on purchasing the Totaltech. No regrets. Great value and the Geek Squad set up my whole system. Great peace of mind.

I really do love total tech it’s been very nice being able to get all the perks whenever I buy Apple products or anything from Best Buy and know that I have insurance basically if anything happens to my products.

Totaltech is a brilliant addition to Best Buy as was Geek Squad. If you frequently shop at Best Buy then your going to want Totaltech. It has been a great value and it is really convenient. All my purchases get automatically added. Love it!

The truth is that I have had this membership for several years now... and I have renewed it. I love the attention, the service and the availability to resolve any damage.

This was very helpful too me. They got my inherited computer up and running with this membership. Also i haved saved much money on big purchases and warrenties with it as well. .

I don’t usually go for theses extended warranty programs but this one deserves a second look. I purchased the TotalTech when I bought a new stereo and backup camera for my 2007 4Runner. The cost of the plan was less than the installation cost for the stereo, four speakers, and backup camera and the installation services are included in the plan! Plus it provides me with the extended warranty coverage for free. This has already come in handy because the backup camera failed after about a week and the new one and related installation is all covered. Makes a lot of sense if you buy a lot of tech from Best Buy. Especially if you U.S. their Geek Squad installation or repair services frequently as most of these charges are covered by the plan.

I love the piece of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong on my computer or monitor that I can have it taken care of. All the Geek Squad members I have spoken with are really caring and extremely knowledgeable.

Excellent service! Helped recover data from a corrupt HDD, took less than a couple of hours. Was quoted by a different company 4x the price of membership just to diagnose the HDD.

This membership is very cost effective, if you think you will need in home trouble shooting and/or some in-person service of your systems.

Best value for the money of anything I have purchased from Best Buy. I have received twice over in savings what I spent in joining. Very quick in responding to request for help and willing to talk you thru problems.

Unlimited Geek Squad is the draw here. Who has time to look up who can fix your computer/laptops? So nice to have, good value. Lifesaver!!

Membership is good because you can use the benefits in adversity but if you think you won't face adversity then chuck it.

I enjoyed the service, they installed my tv. It just seems a little pricey for me, who only needed help for one assembly.
