My experience of using the membership is amazing because I like that when I want to get something that I want or need I could easily get some discounts that I’ve never seen ever in other stores, this is insane!

I can sum up total tech pretty easy. Its great. From the extended warranties and free shipping if you're a best buy shopper you cant go wrong with this membership. If you have kids, drunk friends, or just live an overall rough life this is must have for your electronics.

I would say good but they came to set up YV on a stand for me. The two fellows that came didn't read the direction at all. They said they could do it. When they thought they were finished I told them it was suppose to have four bottom pieces put on so it doesn't scratch the table top. They took care of that but when I read the instructions the next day they didn't put the base on the stand. Which wouldn't have happened if they would have looked at the instructions.

This membership pays for itself with the purchase of a tv. The fact that you can have a 2 year warranty from Best Buy is great, lot of perks and rewards. Happy I got the membership.

Great deal for the price! I’ve use this to reinstall system software and also to uninstall so I could sell/giveaway top, watches etc. With Applecare included it’s a no-brainer

Actually this membership isn’t bad at all. You literally have automatic insurance for the duration of the membership. And once you buy a new tv or any big appliance you get free installation. I only needed it once I bought my new home. I will definitely be rejoining

This has been so worth it! Help is just a phone call away and if need be they come to my house. A great help for those of us who are not tech savvy, and worth every cent!

Sure feels great to have this kind of protection. They were able to install my old software onto my new laptop as well and make sure everything was up and running.

The option Best Buy gives of Total Membership is very good. They cover almost anything, including Apple products which is a plus. So instead of getting applecare, if you have this membership, you already have apple care like service.

I gave the membership 5 stars because hopefully if I ever have an issue they’ll take care of it.

BestBuy Total is a subscription I bought a few years ago. It has paid off in many ways. The delivery crews are exceptional as is the protection. It has made me feel far more comfortable buying items with higher price tags.

The first year of membership I used to retrieve data from old computers and laptops. This works great; just make an appointment and take your item in. Doesn't matter where you bought it.

I have had Geek Squad support for years. It is worth having. They have always been able to resolve any issues I've had.
