This membership has come in handy multiple times! I am incredibly clumsy and have had quite a time with my electronics breaking which is the entire reason I bought it. The Geek Squad is always so courteous in helping me.

This membership is a real value. I really enjoy have this membership, it comes in handy when you need services on your computer or help with your computer. With this membership you get money back so you can purchase more exciting items.

Even for those who have some tech, this membership come with a lot of great services and allows you to efficiently hand off tasks you don't feel as comfortable with to professionals. Though a bit overpriced, I would still recommend this membership.

I last had my membership reviewed this past April/2024. I was told it was okay and I wouldn't have to renew until 2025. I just made a highly priced computer and modem/router. I had to buy another membership for @ $180.00. I had a medical emergency and had to leave the store. What is the problem? Or, is it, I'am just out of $180.00!

I thought this was way too expensive. But I buy mostly apple products and everything I buy gets protection coverage. So it really pays for itself. Not to mention when I need help from geek squad. They are just plain awesome!

I just purchased this membership, but I don’t have an opinion yet since we just purchased this warranty. However, I think this will be valuable with our Samsung refrigerator.
