I am so glad that I purchased the total membership warranty!

We didn't realize that we needed an appointment until after we drove about an 1:45 min to the store... These guys understanding that i was green as they come took the bull by the horns and got it done and in record time. There is the making of a GREAT team there at the NLR Arkansas store.

I like how fast you can get the digital gift cards. It took 3 minutes from check out to my email to redeem it. I do wish there was an option to lock your home store. I have been shown products in other Best Buys further from me

What a value! Geek Squad total tech is definitely worth the price. Off-shore phone service leaves much to be desired, spent hours on the phone with no results. But in-store and home appointment support is outstanding.
