A real value. Not only do you get a Best Buy enhanced warranty on items you get special member pricing on many items. Already had savings more than the membership cost.

This member ship is a great value. With my lapto with returning to school. And home pc along with children’s laptops. No better value out there that I have found. And definitely not locally.

Probably the best purchase i've made at best buy. Adding this to a purchase saved me more money than I actually would have spent if I just made the purchase without it and everything I buy from best buy is covered for 24 months. Can't best it imo

The Geek squad has provided me with good service both in store and remotely. The warranty coverage after the sale has been good as well. My tech skills are ok, so having this coverage has been very worthwhile.

So far I've only used the Total Tech set up and delivery service. No complaints. I was very pmeased with the service and emplressed by the young men's professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of the product and skills in overcoming obsticles to mount my tv straight.

I’ve never had a membership that catered to their customers as well as the BestBuy membership has done. With all its benefits and advantages you’re basically shopping free. All employees are very helpful and well mannered also.

For one they sent their tech support over seas, when i use their online support it connects me to someone not from The USA where i live and there is a horrible lag, the person once connecting to my PC sits there for a god 20 mins and then seems to have super bad latency where moving my mouse is slow for them, they have changed my desktop icons tinkered with things, and whenever i go into great detail about my problems they install 140 tools and "cleaners" onto my pc clean it and run some diagnostics and who knows what else, then leave, I SERIOUSLY advise you guys NOT to buy this membership garbage, my friend i had bought a pc from Best buy an Omen power laptop, good pc about $1000 on sale to 900, had this tech support connect to it, and she called me explained she was going to do the tune up which was not what we asked for then proceeded to hit the x on our side to disconnect after giving up on the problem, your experience may differ sure but ive connected and messed with this mess of a support and my guess is its mostly for people with a virus or slow pc from Junk files, but if youre not advanced with PCs and you need genuine help my advice just take it in or find a good local pc shop who can work on it, its better than risking privacy breach or something because these people have connected to my pc and have downloaded and installed and uninstalled stuff i cant even understand. DO NOT BUY THE MEMBER SHIP ITS A TOTAL WASTE!

Reviewed this membership with the sales person we worked with and happy that we decided to go for it. The membership helps with great deals and is well worth the money spent. Haven’t used it much so far (only had it a month). Looking forward to saving $$!

I recently purchased a Macbook Air and got two years of Apple Care+ and a $50 discount when purchasing this membership, so it was basically free and now I have a year of deals, free protection plans and free shipping, among lots of other stuff

Great if you buy a lot of products from Best Buy. $200 a year seems expensive but if you buy tech like I do it will pay itself off very quickly with protection programs and product savings! Also if you purchase any apple product you get apple care included with any purchase.

I had a problem with my laptop and brought it in. The Teck Inusah was very helpful and caring with information. Total Tech fix the problem and then helped me with my phone questions next. I don't remember the guy's name who help me last, but he was great to. thanks

I love knowing that Best Buy is there to keep my family’s tech working well. I feel like I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth and more with tech support and special pricing and sales intended only for members.

This is a good value if buy things from Best Buy. Lots of savings on installs and warranties and things included in one product you don’t have to buy for each purchase made.

I've been a Total Tech member for over 2 years, and I am completely satisfied of the expertise and quick response to all of my requests. They fixed my computer that another provided had messed up for months. I have not had any bad experiences since.

It was presented to me at the counter. I usually turn down these offers, but after doing the math, it was a no-brainer. I'm still glad I took advantage of the offer. No regrets
