This product is the best you honestly can’t beat this now I know it seems a little steep to pay but the total value is much more than what it’s valued at so if you can swing this product then I would recommend it on saving money.

We got this a couple years ago, when buying our 65” tv, 2yrs later our Samsung , is one of the best tvs went out, having this pkg. was a blessing. They replaced in a couple days with a new tv, same brand n size

I am always comfortable that I have tech support because of my Total membership.

It's pricey. Tech service was ok. I had most of my laptop up and running, he couldn't get my files off my old laptop, had yo take it to the store & lv it. Thought it was 24 mnths, but now I got an email changing it and what's covered after 12 mnths
