Miss the past Geek Squad plan. Total Membership is OK. BIG PLUS is you get two year extended warranty (only on NEW purchases) for FREE. Plan is a little pricey.

I got this because the price to be a member was cheaper than the price for my protection plan. Now i just buy allmost all my electronics from here. They have price match and really good service.

Very happy with my Totaltec Membership. At first i questioned myself IF the membership was worth purchasing. After only a month, I have save almost 3 times the membership cost (member pricing, Free installations, old appliance Free haul away).

Have had numerous opportunities to use this service. Problems with my Galazy 21S+ phone were resolved quickly. Help transferring data to a new tablet was done with great knowledge and patience

Geek squad support and protection plans on my purchases really sold me on this membership. they say you cant put a price on peace of mind, but Best buy did and its totally affordable.

Tgis membership is something I suggest everyone to seriously invest in especially if you have children. You wonr regret it they offer great useful benefits that uou can actually use and gave on hand if eventually need them ever thing is cover under this member ship
