The membership is good if you have to build a pc with their help and don’t like to do it yourself. They assemble your parts properly and do very good job with cable management. It saved me like 500$. They are fast too.

I paid for the service and probably used zero to once a year. I found the store that has proven to have exceptional staff that has made me a believer in the totaltech. Great service, great staff and quality work.

It's only of value when I understand the huge accent from Mumbai and Manila! Plus getting inexperienced techs. reading from a script and some can't even take over my computer!! Insane waste of time!! A tech was sent out to my home 3 days later, cause the remote people didn't know what they were doing!! Now Best Buy is increasing the annual price and my service is worse past 4 years!!

We purchased with our new kitchen appliance set. Was great value for the money. They installed and hauled away all the old appliances for free. Also, when we had an issue with our cooktop, they replaced it without giving me the runaround.

I am technologically challenged. I am very happy that Best Buy technicians exist. It brings me peace-of-mind to know that I can make a call, set an appointment and have someone who is tech savvy come to my abode and resolve the issue.

We were very happy to have the Techinitian figure out the issue with our computer, and we where given the option to repair it or credit the cost of purchase so we could grt a new one. I feel very satisfied with their professionalism

Totaltech is great I purchased when I got my new TV and used on for the Geek Squad on my computer. They are excellent in helping you from small to big questions for all your technical needs. Highly recommend

Unlimited geek squad support free of cost is awesome, just bought an SSD to add to my laptop, took it to best buy and geek squad installed it for me and made sure my laptop was up and running, perfect plan

This membership would be good only if you didn't have the manufacturer's warranty or you had any problems with any of the items that you purchased after the manufacturer's warranty had expired.

We like this concept, have not had to use the total tech support yet but all Apple product we have purchased in the first year are covered under Apple care without paying for it for each product separately

Recently lightning struck and my refrigerator circuit board was fried. My membership saved the day.

Worth it if you need more than one service from Geek Squad per year.

I just started my membership and have been really pleased so far. I don’t have to worry about any issues and I think the price is great with everything that’s included, especially if you buy multiple products.

I think this is over priced for what it is and was talked into it or I wouldn't have purchased it. But I did use it.

I got free delivery and installation of all my appliances. It cost less than paying for delivery and installation separately, plus I had assurance that geek squad would be available to help should anything go wrong.
