This is the 2nd time I have purchased this service. It is well worth the money and the team is great to work with. The T.V Installation team did an awesome job and was very professional. The other perks that come with this such as the additional warranty is nice!!

We’ve been really happy with our total tech membership. We had a couple problems with the new washer that we bought so we reached out to geek squad and they came and fixed it!! They also stacked our dryer on top of the washer with no problems. Very professional!

I got tired of the comcast modem /router dropping when im working, gaming or wathcing movies, Even after getting an upgraded one from them, so i bought this one. It’s pricey but so far i love it and even gets good coverage outside

Total tech and Geek Squad have been life savers, especially for my family. We are of the older generation and wirhout Total tech we would be lost. People are friendly, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable.
