I have a household of four and this was very convenient for us. Anytime we had anything wrong with our PCs we would just stop on by Best Buy and be in and out in no time.

I have been lucky that every time I buy a product of a high value it is defective or breaks quickly on some occasions and I have seen the need to return to the store to have it repaired or replaced, but the last 2 times the manager of the Mezquite TX store behaved badly. I bought a PC for more than 2 thousand and it was a problem when they had to replace the product, yesterday 6/3/2025 I went again because I had bought a monitor for more than $ 1000 and I showed a video to the person who helped me of what was happening and the manager's assistant told her that the screen could no longer be fixed and that they had to replace it, then the manager appeared and asked what was happening and when she saw that they were going to do a replacement she said no, that they had to send it in for repair first but I had to pay for shipping, the person who helped me said that this is what they did when they saw that the item was worth more than $ 700. They did the same with another PC I brought in and kept me sending it in for repair. Every time they returned it, it was still failing and they said it was working fine. They kept me like that until the warranty coverage expired, until they said they couldn't do anything else.

This is truly great they clean your electronics if needed do software updates and cleaning and install any hardware or repair any hardware you need and many more things like discounts Definitely get this. Especially for gamers.

It is getting very difficult to get on and get help, the agents are very knowledgeable and friendly, but prepared to wait a long time

Wish it wasn't so dang expensive, almost $200 bucks for a year idk..

This membership is a great value and have gotten much use out of it over the past 3 months.

I have been a Total Tech member for 3 years now and I wouldn't have it any other way! I have saved so much money in extended warranties alone, not to mention the Total Tech discounts I've received. If you don't have it - get it!

I went in for a mac book for my daughter and one of the workers was super nice and knowledgeable about what she needed, i would recommend coming here because its easy to find someone that actually helps and has answers that i needed

Ive had my hest buy total for a few months ans it paid for itself in rhe first few weeks. I continue to save especially aroubd the holidays. Would recommend to any one lookubg to get a foot into the world of best buy

I'm new to "My Best Buy Total", but it already got me 5 years of free maintenance and full warranty on the my new GE Space Saver Washer Dryer. That more than paid for the ....Best Buy Total fee.

It is very reassuring to know that you have the Total Tech membership. So far I have used it 5 times. Each time with a diffrent problem, but the best wayaround it. Thanks BEST BUY for have a terrific program.

The membership is a no brainer. I spent 50.00 at another entity just to have them say “ I can’t get it on”. Geek Squad fixed it with no cost through the membership!

Best Buy’s total Tech men have excellent customer service you ever have any problems they come back and fix it can’t ask for better customer service than that I recommend this service to everyone.
