I regret to share my dissatisfaction with the My Best Buy Total™ membership, an experience that has significantly diminished my confidence in Best Buy as a whole. Pros: Access to exclusive member offers. Points for purchases. Cons: Excessive Membership Cost: The overall cost of the My Best Buy Total™ membership is disproportionately high compared to the benefits it offers. The supposed perks do not justify the expense, making it an unworthy investment. Ineffective Rewards System: While the promise of earning points for purchases sounds appealing, the rewards system feels lackluster. The benefits don't align with the membership cost, creating a sense of unfulfilled expectations. Unhelpful Changes in Policies: The recent changes in rules and regulations, presumably directed by the corporate office, have negatively impacted the membership experience. It's disheartening to witness a shift in focus from customer satisfaction to rigid adherence to corporate directives. In summary, the My Best Buy Total™ membership has failed to deliver the value I anticipated. The high cost, coupled with unimpressive rewards and unhelpful changes, makes it difficult for me to recommend this membership to others. I expected more from Best Buy's loyalty program.

I bought a refurbished computer at what I thought was a great price until the glitch started. The Geek Squad figured out what was wrong overnight and had me up and running. All because of a software glitch that I never would have thought of.

Dependable service when life happens. Sometimes what you buy is just not the best fit or something is broken/unfixable. I have had great responsiveness from the Total Tech team over the last few years of being subscribed.

Great service I’ll bring my electronics to them every time something breaks and they fix it with no cost or let me know what I need to get so they can fix it. It’s a great service if you have a gamer kids .

Worth the the cost. Gives me peace of mind to know all of my purchases are protected.

The value is in the piece of mine I get from knowing my tech is under a functional warranty. Tried to use Assurance companies in the past and left them with just broke products and headaches. Just get My Best Buy Total!

The features you get with the membership blow my mind. Every product you buy while a member automatically come with a protection plan when applicable as well as geek squad support which helped me greatly with selecting a good gaming laptop

I wish they had more American Techs. When you call after hours or during peak time you get 3rd party reps and sometimes they are hard to understand plus they repeat stuff so many times. I do love in home set ups but I heard that was going away

It is nice to have extra protection for my devices as well as added discounts.

Yearly membership gives me great deals and coverage on everything from the multiple car stereos that I have installed from them, to the computers that I purchased from them as well.

Are you kidding me, this is an essential if you purchase ANY product from BestBuy. Just from the get go I already saved money when I bought it due to the restock fee.

Love my Membership ~ I'd HIGHLY recommend!! U can find Amazing Savings & no need for additional payout for Protection Plan - u get it AUTOMATICALLY on all purchases that a PP is needed!!!
