Love my Membership ~ I'd HIGHLY recommend!! U can find Amazing Savings & no need for additional payout for Protection Plan - u get it AUTOMATICALLY on all purchases that a PP is needed!!!

I spoke with a Best Buy Member when I was looking to purchase my new MacBook Pro. The discount that I received and the Apple Care more than paid for the membership off my first purchase! I would definitely suggest!

The handling of my laptop file transfer from Surface Pro to new Lenovo was inadequate. No direction or support provided by drop off staff. However the at-home followup for set up was outstanding and well worth the cost of Total Tech

This is nice to have to get help anytime you need it! It’s pricey but worth it in my opinion.

As stated previously, we have had total tech for many years and absolutely could not do without it. All of your reps have been top notch at getting us back up and running in no time.

This is extremely valuable if you buy from best buy more than 3 or 4 times a year. I found that i was saving more money than i spent on the membership. Though thats only because I was buying things frequently. So for buyers who come here a lot this is worth it.

We weren't going to sign up for Totaltech membership until the salesman explained that it would be cheaper than paying for the installation of our new microwave and the haul-away cost of the old one. Plus, we have a year's protection and service. Such a deal!

Best Buy has always provided excrement customer service. I will always purchase my electronics needs . Customer service at Beat Buy is impeccable.

I have been very very ill for now almost 2 years and did not realize Total tech had been expired. I took a laptop and thought it was covered. Unfortunately it was not. I've then spoke to geek squad. The gentleman was very rude. Tokd me it will not be recovered and it will not be taken care of after I purchased TT. was very rude! Had nothing but great experiences with Best buy through COVID years? Not so much now. . Hopefully things will get better for all and people can be a little nicer. Life is so hard today for most.

SO WORTH IT! My son dropped his backpack with his laptop in it. It cracked the screen (which made the touchscreen not work) and the case around where the charger plugs in (blocking access to the plug). Dropped it off and within a couple of weeks, had it back just like new!

I recommend if you have lots of electronic device purchasing from besr buy. Comes with 2 year insurance just take back and replace if any issues havent had a problem since became member... only buy electronics from best buy now.

I have already saved money by purchasing the Totaltech membership. It saved on delivery and hook up of my new refrigerator and the hauling away of the old frig. Everyone I talk to at Best Buy are very helpful and willing to help with any question.

Such a great deal. One of the reasons I buy my technology mainly from Best Buy: the support. Its easy to buy something. Totally different aituarion when/if something goes wrong...highly recommend this package. Great peace of mind.

Great value to protect all your purchases. Unlimited geek squad support, which I used right away to transfer all my files off my old laptop to my new one. They set up my new machine too. All included. Covers all your purchases. A must have !

Membership is great.. if you’re rich. Benefit of extended warranties on purchases are great. The likelihood of needing some sort of technical support is slim. I called once in a year & the lady sounded like she was not very tech savvy.. kind of ironic.

First time I ever bought a membership and I was so pleasantly surprised! Significant savings on two appliances, installation fees waived, free delivery and protection plan for 2 years. Who knew?! Savings more than paid for membership fee.
