Technicians are very well trained; they did a very good job of installing and repairing my electronic devices, computers, cameras, mesh systems, printers and ipads.

Do you need it? That’s up to you. If you’d like to pay for some peace of mind when it comes to your gear, pull the trigger. Have only had occasion to use it a couple times but it worked out well.

This best buy promotion is very good since it raffles off $400 every month for publishing comments on each experience of the products purchased from the store.

This is such a great value! We bought a MacBook Air, iPad & TV. The iPad care alone would be just as much as getting a membership, which covers all three devices! It’s a no brainer!

I am so glad I purchased the Totaltech membership! It paid for itself immediately because I got free delivery and installation for my new TV, free transfer of information from my old computer to my new one, and help with a couple of issues I didn't know to use.

It sounds like a good idea/concept but it is too soon to tell if the price I paid will be worrh the almost $200 yearly subscription price that I paid. I will update this as I figure it out.
