Membership saved my money, as well as SQUAD saved my time. It’s always better to have professionals to do installation for you!

If you as a buyer are acquiring PC’s, Televisions et al you would be well served to check to see if “Total Tech” may save you $. I saved ~ $300-400 on install money + rcvd extended terms.

The membership is great in that you can literally bring any piece of technology you have into the Geek Squad and they will perform diagnostics and fix any and all problems you are having with that specific item. The value is great.

I mean why would you buy a protection plan when a total tech member has it? And then you can get warranties after the manufacturer warranty is done? I mean come on duh by the total membership, especially if you make big purchases

I think this product is worth the value since I have purchased quite few things from Best Buy. I am thankful that they offer this program to cover all my equipment

This Membership is fantastic it was a lifesaver for new products that may have design issues and covers so many devises that i dont need individual warranties for.

A must if your buying tech from Best Buy on a normal basis I’ve already warrantied a dozen plus items And it saves you a boat load of cash instead of purchasing individual warranties for your product's

With this membership - you save a lot both on old and new purchases. You don’t have to worry about getting protection for your current purchases because they automatically get covered.

This membership is wonderful. Protecting my items and having the Geek Squad to help has saved me on more than one occasion. I will admit I am no a computer guru and I am glad help is available when I need it.

It’s nice to have the membership. I just bought some expensive items for the house and because of this i got extra warranty and free delivery.

I went in to have my HP laptop checked. An electrical surge had hit the laptop and the screen was flickering. Ellijah was very helpful and told me about TotalTech. He told me all the benefits I would receive as a yearly member. I’m so glad that I chose Best Buy to take my computer too.
