Excellent value i have seen the benefit many times

Great value, very happy that we purchased our membership. We have had to replace our washer, dryer and dishwasher this year and will be using our member benefits again to buy and install a new TV before this year is over!

Geek squad support is great. You should get this with any major purchase you make at Best Buy. Several of the items we have bought from best buy have malfunctioned. Geek squad came out and fixed the issues.

Love the peace of min of having this plan. it is pricey, but really worth it!

It’s worth having membership for all your electronics you purchase from Best Buy. I believe I used it more times than the price of a membership. I’m satisfied with this service. Plus the geek support. Scheduling an appointment is a task. Over all happy.

For installation of large wall mounted tv's, they're great. They make sure that everything works the way the buyer wants. For technical support not so much. I tried to get some help with an I-mac. I ended up with someone overseas reading from a script who clearly did not understand my problem. Apple is the vastly better resource for trouble shooting problems with their products. In the end, I think that I am better off paying as I go rather signing up for yet another subscription service.

Moving into a new home we were anticipating to be purchasing some major appliances. That is the thought behind our purchasing the Total tech membership. Made some smaller purchases and will always go to Best Buy first!

If you plan on numerous purchases year in and year out this plan is perfect. However, if you make purchases irregularly year to year you might want to just purchase a warranty for the item(s) you are purchasing.

My Best Buy total memberships is useful. The membership allowed to have a great team taking care of our electronics such as laptops. Additionally there are discounts when purchasing from the store.
