That didn't solve the problem, so they offered us an appt for in-home service, as part of our membership. Tech came out, solved the problem, membership worthwhile!

Trust me, after crashing my drone I was fully covered and now I upgraded to the DJI mini 3 pro! You just never know if and when it will come in handy!

It seems like the total cost buying the appliance and the installation is less with Total Tech than the cost of buying the appliance and buying the installation separately without Total Tech.

I purchased this when I got my daughter an iPad. Looking at all the benefits and savings I would get when buying my stuff at Best Buy it was worth it.
