I am older have busy children and I use my computer alot I depend on it and when it goes down it is really a problem. Total tech is beyond insurance is i a real important part of owning and maitaining electronics . Thank You for the service well worth it .

I like the membership because I have someone to turn to when my things do not work. The price is well worth it. I did not appreciate making an appointment but 2 people (not scheduled) went before me.

The membership to cover my laptop does give me peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, I'm covered.

The membership has paid for itself in savings and Apple Care protection plans within the first year of being a member. Well worth it if you buy any electronics or home appliances in a semi regular manner

This already paying off with a couple more items I just bought. It's a good value if you've gotten big or medium ticket items but works for smaller items like game controllers, etc.

This is great to have. You get 2 years of protection on your devices. They can help with something as small as setting something up or something complicated where geek squad needs to get involved. It's just a little piece of mind knowing someone has your back!

I am very happy with this membership to have service an repair on all of my electronics. I have used it several times and the staff members have done an excellent job.

I find total to be well worth it just for the apple care. The geek squad sorted some issues just today with no charges. This is the first week since I renewed.

I love it because I no longer have to worry about buying the warranty over and over again for each device that I purchase and it covers everything that I purchase there. I’ve already had to use it. I haven’t had any problems to do so.

The membership is too expensive and the value doesn’t outweigh the benefits.

Totaltech membership is definitely worth the cost as long as you are purchasing constantly at bestbuy if you at least purchase one high end tv it pays off, speakers, screens. 200 a year at least when i bought it makes it absolutely worth it.
