    Totaltech membership is definitely worth the cost as long as you are purchasing constantly at bestbuy if you at least purchase one high end tv it pays off, speakers, screens. 200 a year at least when i bought it makes it absolutely worth it.

    We purchased this membership when buying a new MacBook. It has been really handy and we have used it already a few times. The Geek Squad in Prescott AZ seem to know their stuff and are friendly too!

    This membership is great. The Geek Squad pro that I worked with was Awesome. He took the extra time to answer all my questions. In particular, Austin Hermann is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. Don't ever let this guy go,,,promote him instead!!

    I luckily only had one issue with my products. When I called about the Sonos ARC and Sub disconnecting they said connection issues were not covered. I could pay $99 to have someone come to the house or take it to the store. I was also clearly talking to someone not in the states. Highly disappointing when I spent $10,000 on products and services within 30 days. Then another $360 on 2 years of total tech (the second year was an accident since I forgot I had it and it auto renewed). To be told it’s not covered. However, it doesn’t even surprise me. Everything has its fine print and you are almost better off “chancing” it. It still happens here and there. A reboot of the sound bar usually resolves it. Otherwise, I’ve had to reset the sub and I googled that. BB wouldve charged me $99 just to loom at it. The reset takes me 3-5 minutes tops. I could’ve put that $360 towards putting food on the table or paying for my kids education/therapies versus empty promises of peace of mind.

    It nice and only worth it if you use their service to make for the expensive price. Had no problems with my devices. I like the extended return policy. They got some good sales too with the membership. And first in to purchase a ps5 console or xbox series x console.

    These guys came in very courteous, knowledgeable and tidy! They left no mess! TV, along with the mounting and cable conceal installation was superb! I was apprehensive about the whole “cutting the wall” deal, but it looks so good, I was speechless!

    The purchase of this "Total" membership gave a discount on my computer purchase and covered set-up and data transfer. Together these two more than covered the cost of the membership - not to mention the time and frustration it saved me.

    This is clearly the best thing offered. I love this service. I have used tech support 3 ir 4 times for things I couldn’t manage on my own,. They are awesome!

    I have received awesome discounts and extended return policy (which was great since I purchased the wrong item but couldn't get it back within the usual return window). It also gives me a lot more reassurance on electronics purchased.

    I would give this crap a 0 if could. Before I got this waste I had scheduled an appointment to repair a laptop that I bought from Best buy. The guy tells me that if I get the membership I can save money in the future as well as in this purchase. All he told me regarding the membership was that I just have to pay for the part and the membership will cover the service. I agreed and bought the membership. I paid 300 and didn't get anything off the service. Today I had an appointment to get the same laptop repaired for a cracked screen. I took it in and the guy tells I have to pay for the whole service and the parts because the laptop didn't have the warranty. Mind you it didn't have a warranty last time either. He then proceeds to try to sell me this new laptop. I had never used my membership and when I needed it the guy told me he can't. I called customer service and the guy tells me that the first guy lied. How is the first guy lying any of my problem. I went based on the information 8 was given. Not only did I get lied to just so the guy could sell me a membership but I was offered a refund of $12. $12, are you serious. I want a full refund. I haven't used the policy once and the best that guy on the phone could do was $12.

    Nice to have something in case anything goes wrong . Unfortunately they still have to send out the computer for 4-6 weeks which makes it difficult when you are a student.

    This membership is a must! The total Best Buy membership is worth every penny spent. The Geek Squad assistance is a life saver. I've been a member since 2012 and I have not been disappointed.
