This membership is a must! The total Best Buy membership is worth every penny spent. The Geek Squad assistance is a life saver. I've been a member since 2012 and I have not been disappointed.

Just renewed my annual membership, it pays for itself.

I am very comfortable with my membership because I feel so protected. When anything breaks down, all I have to worry about is getting my item to the store.

Bought this to have unlimited Geek Squad usage. Purchased with a laptop to have the Geek squad set it up and transfer data from my old laptop. Great peace of mind since it covers other electronics.

I have been a Best Buy member for several years but after reviewing my membership Saving for the past 2 years I’m questioning whether the membership is worth what I am paying to be a Best Buy Member.

It was the best purchase for my 4 appliance bundle as it covers 2 years warranty for a great price! You also get great discounts and membership exclusive buys that will be added under coverage!

Love the easy troubleshooting anytime you need help with anythint totally worth it!! Customer service is wonderful.

This service provides so much more than we expected! We bought it with one item & each time we go to the store they tell us it works for something else! Like telling us their team will install the new security cameras we bought, & we never expected that!

Best Protection plan for your tech to keep peace of mind

Disappointed with change to the Total Plan. It now exclude coverage for inhome repair/setup. Only offer a discount for that service. Main reason for enrolling. Not everyone has tech knowledge to be talked through an issue nor able to physically take item to a location for repair. Fee is almost as much as annual membership fee.

It's worth it for taking care of your stuff. Just don't expect them to extend any of your coverage if you let it lapse for even the shortest amount of time. They keep record of your purchases and know when you bought things... but miss a payment of the protection plan, you're up a creek.

I usually get this because I don’t know much about electronics and I get good service from Best Buy. I just don’t like the long waits in line even though I have an appointment

This membership plan was a great addition. The tech help me out on a laptop problem at no cost. The techs were very polite and fixed my issues. Also they did a virus check and found no problems.

It was easy to initiate. There were no complications in setting up 2 appointments. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable. No difficulties in getting appointment times.
